Directions

FROM NEW YORK & CONNECTICUT
Travel North on Route 95. Once into Rhode Island look for signs for the Newport Bridge. Take Exit 3 onto Route 138 East. It is important to follow signs in order to stay on Route 138. After traveling approximately 19 miles you will come to a major intersection where you will turn left onto Route 1 NORTH. After two miles you will merge back onto 138 East (Jamestown/Newport Bridge Exit). Take the first exit (Scenic Newport). At the bottom of the ramp take a RIGHT onto Farewell Street, then at the second light turn right onto America's Cup Ave. You will go through 4 traffic lights before reaching Bannister's Wharf (which is 2nd street on right after fourth light).

FROM T.F. GREEN AIRPORT
Take 95 South following signs for New York. Travel approximately 9 miles and look for signs for Route 4 SOUTH to South County and Newport Bridge (also known as the Claiborne Pell Bridge). Once on Route 4,

take a slight right onto to Tower Hill Road/US-1 SOUTH. Merge onto 138 East to Jamestown/Newport Bridges. Take the first exit (Scenic Newport). At the bottom of the ramp take a RIGHT onto Farewell Street, then at the second light turn right onto America's Cup Ave. You will go through 4 traffic lights before reaching Bannister's Wharf (which is 2nd street on right after fourth light).

FROM DOWNTOWN BOSTON
Take the Southeast Expressway to route 128 North to route 24 South. Follow Route 24 about 40 miles to Fall River and look for signs for Newport. The signs direct you onto Route 195 for about one half mile and then back onto Route 24. Follow 24 until it merges into Route 114 (West Main Road). Travel approximately 7 miles on West Main Road which will turn into Broadway in Downtown Newport. Follow Broadway until you reach Thames Street (cobblestone one way street) and follow it about one long block to exit for America's Cup Avenue. Take a left on America's Cup Avenue. Bannister's Wharf will be the third street on right.
